Over the years the cleaning of hard surfaces, particularly grouted surfaces, has been met with all manner of confusion. Cement based grout has caused many homeowners to throw up their hands in digust just a couple of months after the installation because of dirty grout lines in stone or tile floors. They can't clean it, and do not believe that anyone can.
